We currently support 1000s of locations, and are currently headquartered in Toronto, Canada with service locations throughout Canada, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. We endeavor to meet new public health and hygiene standards, protect the safety of loved ones, co-workers, and customers, as well as safeguard your reputation and day-to-day business operations.

Citron Hygiene is committed to meet the needs of our employees and customers with disabilities and is working hard to eliminate and prevent barriers to accessibility. Citron Hygiene is dedicated to fulfilling our requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

This accessibility plan outlines how we are meeting those requirements and improving opportunities for people with disabilities. Our plan shows how we will play our role in making Ontario an accessible province for all Ontarians.

The plan is reviewed and updated at least once every 5 years.

Citron Hygiene LP is committed to assist in the following ways:

Communication

Citron Hygiene will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that takes into account their disability.

Assistive Devices
We will ensure that our staff are trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by co-workers and customers with disabilities while accessing our goods or services.

Service Animals
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals.

Support Persons
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.

Notice of Temporary Disruption
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities at a Citron Hygiene building, we will notify the customers promptly. This clearly posted notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.

Training for Staff
Citron Hygiene will provide training to all employees, volunteers, and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf. We train every person as soon as practicable after being hired and provide training in respect of any changes to the policies.
Training will include:

• Citron Hygiene’s accessible customer service plan and policy.
• How to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities.

• How to use TTY, wheelchair lifts, etc., available on-site or otherwise that may help with providing goods or services to people with disabilities, and/or other applicable assistive devices.
• What to do if a person with a disability is having difficulty in accessing Citron Hygiene’s facility.
• Staff will also be trained when changes are made to our accessible customer service plan.
We maintain records of the training provided including the dates on which the training was provided and the number of individuals to whom it was provided.
