We are always looking for new ways to improve customer experience and provide better, more efficient service. That’s why effective September 14th, 2020, Citron Hygiene is switching to Fixed Scheduling for all hygiene services!
What does Fixed Scheduling Mean?
We are optimizing our servicing frequencies from twice monthly, monthly and bi-monthly to 14, 28, and 56 days. If you are currently scheduled for monthly service visits, your service schedule will be optimized to a 28-day frequency. Therefore, rather than 12, you will now get 13 service visits from a familiar Citron Certified TechnicianTM . Similarly, businesses currently receiving twice monthly service will have their schedule optimized to every 14 days, increasing your yearly service visits from 24 to 26!
How Will This Improve Customer Experience and Service Quality?
- You will now receive our hygiene services from a familiar face for more efficient service delivery. This will save you time familiarizing yourself with different technicians, explaining security protocols, and showing them around your facility.
- Your services will be performed on the same days each week, giving you more insight on who is entering your business and when, helping to improve facility management.
- As technicians familiarize themselves with your facility, they will be better positioned to notice and advise on potential hygiene concerns.
Hygiene services include but are not limited to: Personal Hygiene Disposal, Air and Urinal Care, PPE Disposal and Hand Care services.
